David joined MMWM in 2009 as an Associate Advisor. He is CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and brings 10 years of planning & operational experience to our firm. David is now the operational backbone of the firm. In addition to preparing financial plans & helping with client engagements, David oversees the areas of trading and client service. David is a voting member of the MMWM investment committee.

A native of East Texas, David is a graduate of Texas A&M University and completed the Certificate Program in Financial Planning at Southern Methodist University. In addition to these achievements he also holds the FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 licenses as well as a general lines license with the Texas Department of Insurance.

David is a member of the Financial Planning Association and serves on the government relations committee. Prior to working for MMWM David was employed as an associate advisor with Lee Johnson Capital Management, LLC in Fort Worth and with Lea Financial Management in Bryan, Texas as advisor assistant. David’s wife Erin is a pediatric nurse.
